Dr. Monica Reed is President and CEO of UChicago Medicine AdventHealth, where she leads the strategic development of a healthcare network comprising four hospitals and over 50 care sites across the Chicago area. With more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, she previously served as CEO of AdventHealth Celebration and held key roles including Chief Medical Officer, SVP for the Care Continuum, and Chief Learning Officer for AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division.

Dr. Reed serves on the Board of Directors of Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) and is widely recognized for her contributions to healthcare innovation and equity. She holds an M.D. from Loma Linda University, completed her OB/GYN residency at White Memorial Medical Center, and earned an MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Oxford Saïd–HEC Paris.
