Al Weiss is the former President of Worldwide Operations for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, where he led a $10+ billion business with 95,000 employees across iconic destinations including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Disney Vacation Club. Over his 39-year career at Disney, he guided the company through its largest global expansion and seven consecutive years of record revenue and profit, including during a major global recession.

Weiss has held numerous executive roles in finance, operations, marketing, and entertainment. He currently serves on the board of Alticor (Amway) and has previously served on the boards of Dick’s Sporting Goods, ClubCorp, Chuck E. Cheese, Diamond Resorts, and Pilot Flying J. He holds a B.S. from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Rollins College.
